PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep hot water of a bath warm. SOLUTION: This apparatus contains a self-erecting vertically elongate case 1, a bar-shaped electric heater 6 arranged vertically in the case 1 and a float switch 5 and passage ports 22 and 33 are opened at lower and upper parts of the case 1. Hot water flowing into the case 1 from the lower passage port 22 is heated by the bar-shaped electric heater 6 to rise and flows out of the upper passage port 33 to generate a convection.
