PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable running a work vehicle for a predetermined distance manually by an easy switching operation even when running for different distances at a ridge end or the like, by enabling to switch between automatic operation using a running control device and manual operation without using the running control device. SOLUTION: A switching device 3 comprises a switching lever 39 swingable by means of an axle 38 and a bearing body 40 mounted on a root portion thereof for bearing a gear 37 on the motor side. By operating the switching gear 39, the position of the gear 37 on the motor side is changed to release engagement between the gear 37 and a fan-shaped gear 36, thus enabling a manual operation of a running clutch lever 25. The running clutch lever 25 is ordinarily energized at a clutch off position by a clutch spring or the like. Therefore, an operator can run the work vehicle only when the clutch lever 25 is at a clutch on position for safety consideration.
