PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the shape of the tip of a needle and to restrain a variance of coated quantity and to shorten coating time by forming a discharge port of an omission part formed in one end part of a cylindrical needle base material and a projecting part consisting of a pipe wall of the cylindrical needle base material left by the omission part. SOLUTION: A needle 5 has a discharge port 7 arranged in one end part of a cylindrical needle base material 6, and the discharge port 7 is formed of an omission part 8 and a projecting part 9 defined by it. The projecting part 9 is formed of the pipe wall of the needle base material 6, and is set, for example, at about 90 degrees. Furthermore, for example, the outside diameter and inside diameter of the needle base material 6 and the depth of the omission part 8 are set at 0.63 mm, 0.32 mm, and 0.2 mm, respectively. At this time, the depth of the omission part 8 is a distance from the head of the discharge port 7 (also the head of the projecting part 9) to the omission part 8.
