摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve unnaturalness in the action of a pattern which stops last in a reach state, and further, to increase a player's expectation for occurrence of a big prize. SOLUTION: A game machine such as PACHINKO machine, after displaying a reach state on a special pattern display (display section), reciprocates a pattern to be stopped last (Step S92). Then, one or more missed patterns other than a big hit pattern are gradually removed while continuing this reciprocating action (Step S95). Then, on the display section only remaining patterns except the missed patterns are displayed. Thereby, a player does not feel unnaturalness in the action of the patterns, but feels that the probability of stopping at the big hit pattern is increased because missed patterns other than the big hit pattern are gradually removed, thereby increasing the player's expectation for occurrence of a big hit.
