PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist the dashing force of a user in the exercise using a fitness equipment. SOLUTION: A computer game advancing in an interlocking manner with an exercise state is installed. A storage battery device 3 is provided so that the energy generated in the exercise is utilized in other electric appliances, and thus, a user feels worth doing the exercise, and the dashing force toward the exercise is increased using a fitness equipment.
