PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moxibustion tool which is safe in use, adaptable to any location of human body, and efficient in transferring heat. SOLUTION: A metallic inner cylinder 1 in which a rod-like moxa 11 is inserted is provided inside an outer cylinder 2 formed of a heat insulation material, and a heat radiation body 3 comprising a metal network 3a formed in a projecting surface and a glass fiber cloth 3b attached to the inside thereof is fitted to the tip side of the inner cylinder 1. A lid 9 having an air hole 10 is fitted to a rear end side of the inner cylinder 1, a protective cylinder 5 having a large number of heat dissipation hole 8 is fitted to the outside of the heat radiation body 3, and a helical spring 6 to a tip of which a cloth body 7 capable of being impregnated with a chemical is fitted to between the heat radiation body 3 and the protective cylinder 5.
