PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow people having various physical constitutions to conveniently use a wash and dressing table by forming an opening part, to which a wheelchair can be inserted, on the front surface under a wash counter, and forming the shape of the rear surface of a basin so as to avoid contact with the armrest of the wheelchair or the knees/legs of a user. SOLUTION: A circular basin 13 is provided at the wash counter 12 of a cabinet 11 and an opening part 14 to which a wheelchair can be inserted is formed on the lower front surface of the counter 12. A basin cutting part 15, a basin lowest part 16, a shallow part 17 and a deep part 18 are formed at the basin 13. The part 17 and the part 18 are used as a water-reserving part and a drain 19 and a stopper are arranged to form a draining part 20. Then, the height of the counter 12 can be optionally set within the range of 65 to 85 cm and the edge of its front projecting part is made semicircular to be approachable from its front surface in the state of sitting in the wheelchair. The size and shape of the lowest part are set to prevent knees from hitting. Thus, the wash and dressing table can conveniently be used by the people having various physical constitutions.
