PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching valve to properly seal a flow passage by a simple means or an injection valve with this switching valve. SOLUTION: With reference to a switching valve 10 including a valve body 20 wherein a flow passage 24 whose end is opened to a working space 42 is formed, a valve plate 44, which is contained in the working space 42, can move between a closing position and an opening position. A closing element 50 is arranged between the valve plate 44 and the aperture section 26 of the flow passage 24, and when the valve plate 44 is arranged at its closing position, the aperture section 26 of the flow passage 24 is closed.
