PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice notice processing method that uses a mobile terminal to improve the operating method of a voice notice processing unit informing a message in voice in interlocking with a unit of an information source and to provide the voice notice processing unit and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The voice notice processing unit 2 can set whether a password entry skip is made at the calling of a mobile terminal in the case of setting notice destination information, and makes a voice message notice without a user authentication when the password entry skip is set in the case of calling a mobile terminal 6. Thus, the overflow of an automatic telephone answering box due to repetitive recordings of the user authentication error end notice can be avoided in the case of using the automatic telephone answering function. Furthermore, if no password entry skip is set, the user is authenticated and while the user cannot take the call at the mobile terminal 6, the processing unit retries the notice. Thus, the user can immediately listen to the notice and the security is enhanced.
