<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uplink frame structure in a satellite communication system and to provide a method for controlling and accessing a plurality of user terminals that transmit an uplink frame with a new structure. SOLUTION: An uplink frame consists of a super-frame 200 including a prescribed individual frames 250. Each individual frame consists of a traffic burst field (202-220) and a control burst field (221-239), and the control burst field (221-239) is placed at the same position in each frame (250). Moreover, each control burst field (221-239) consists of a plurality of individual control time slots. The individual control time slot can include, e.g. a timing probe and order wire information.</p> |
