<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dicing sheet, which facilitates surface smoothness of a bonding agent layer and uniformity of the film thickness of the bonding agent layer, and also facilitates fine processing of a work material. SOLUTION: This dicing sheet is formed by providing an organic solvent- solution coating layer 2, consisting of a heat fusable solid bonding agent in a post-drying film thickness of 5 to 300μm on a plastic film base material 1 and is of a constitution, where easily peelable parts 4 are provided at places corresponding to the work-sized end parts between the base material 1 and the layer 2.</p> |
