PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform a solidification-prevention of a solder on a mask, without the reduction of a productivity and a loss in the working man-hours, and improve the quality by reducing the viscosity of the cream solder on the screen mask by reciprocating a squeegee a specified number of times when a stop period of time of the squeegee becomes a specified value or higher. SOLUTION: After a start, when there is no operation interruption of a screen device at #2, whether a printing is continued or not is checked by #8, and at the time of a printing continuation, the process returns to #2. At the time of an operation interruption at #2, a counting of a squeegee stop period of time is started at a timer section, and when the squeegee stop period of time exceeds a set value, the arrival of a next carried-in base is waited, and a solder is mixed and kneaded by reciprocating a squeegee a set number of times at #6, and the solder which is beginning a solidification while the squeegee stops is softened again, and a printing with the cream solder on a screen mask is performed. When the reciprocation of the squeegee reaches the specified number of times, the squeegee returns to a set reciprocating motion for a normal printing, and when the printing is not continued, the printing is finished. By this constitution, the solidification of the solder on the mask is automatically prevented from occurring, and the efficiency and the quality can be improved.
