摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a polymerization inhibition by oxygen from being received, and avoid the effect of a curing inhibition by tin oxide as well by providing an intermediate layer which does not dissolve with the solvent of a coating liquid for reflection prevention at the time of the forming of a reflection preventive layer, between an anti-static layer and the reflection preventive layer. SOLUTION: As an anti-static coating for a film of an anti-static layer 3, a liquid for which a fine powder of tin oxide or the like is dissolved in an organic solvent is used. When a reflection preventive layer coating liquid is cationically photopolymerized, the tin oxide inhibits the photo-polymerization of a reflection preventive layer 1, and for the material of an intermediate layer 2, a solution with an anisole or the like of polysulfone or the like which is transparent to visible rays, is insoluble to the solvent of the coating liquid for the reflection preventive layer, is used. On a base material to be treated, a coating for the anti-static layer is applied, and after the solvent is removed, the coated film is cured by a light irradiation, and the polysulfone resin solution is applied to the cured coated film, and the solvent is removed to form the intermediate layer 2, and an such an intermediate layer 2, the coating liquid for the reflection preventive layer is applied, and is cured by light. By this constitution, a polymerization inhibition by oxygen is not received, a polymerization/curing inhibition by tin oxide in the anti-static layer is not received as well, and the manufacture is easy, and the abrasion-resistance and the chemical-resistance become excellent as well.
