PRODUCTION OF RECYCLABLE BUILDING MATERIAL USING WASTE PLASTICS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing recyclable building materials for the second time at a low cost using not only PET bottles regardless of colored or uncolored one but also all waste materials such as caps of PET bottles made of polypropylene(PP) and shells. SOLUTION: The recyclable building materials are produced by throwing waste plastics and shells into a melter, heating them at the melter, agitating the molten plastics and shells subsequently mixing PP in the melter after some time interval and extrusion-molding them by an extruder.
