PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush provided with brushes in three directions so as to simultaneously brush the three surfaces of a tooth. SOLUTION: The cross section of the brush-planted surface 2 of the handle 1 of the toothbrush is formed in a U-shape. Horizontal brushes 3 are formed on both side surfaces of the inner surface of this U-shaped part and a bottom brush 4 is formed on a bottom surface. In another method, the cross section of the block-head surface is formed in a V-shape and horizontal brushes are formed on both side surface of the inner surface of this V-shaped part.
