PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil leakage between a valve and a rotor by forming an extension section extending in the axial direction on a bearing retainer, providing a bearing of a differential gear case around the extension section, and supporting the bearing retainer with the differential gear case via the bearing. SOLUTION: An extension section 34A extending the axial direction is formed on a bearing retainer 34, and a rear bearing 47 is provided around the extension section 34A. The bearing retainer 34 is supported by a differential gear case 4 via the rear bearing 47. Rotational secondary torque and thrust load will not applany longer to the main shaft 13. The bending force by the reaction from the differential gear case 4 is not applied to the main shaft 13, and a rotor 12 is not inclined with respect to the main shaft 13. The moment force for opening between the rotor 12 and valve 27 is not applied, and oil leakage from between the rotor 12 and the valve 27 can be prevented.
