PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device in which dispersion of bias currents, power consumption and characteristic difference among chips are made small. SOLUTION: In an integrated circuit device, plural amplifying circuits are integrated in the same chip. The device has a current mirror circuit which is made of plural input side transistors MR1 to MRN, that are diode connected to receive a current Ibias to set bias currents, and plural output transistors M1 to MN that supply output currents corresponding to a current Ibi to the amplifying circuits as bias currents. The transistors MR1 to MRN are distributed and arranged in plural electronic circuits 11 to 1N.
