PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detection circuit of a rotating detection circuit where a detecting point is not deviated on a large scale when an output of the detection circuit becomes small due to sensitivity-temperature characteristics of a magnetic resistance element. SOLUTION: A four-terminal bridge circuit B is constituted of a plurality of resistors R1-R4 (magnetic resistance element) having sensitivity-temperature characteristics that a resistance value increases as an ambient temperature increases. Midpoints a between resistors R1, R2, and b between resistors R3, R4 are respectively connected to an inverse input terminal of a comparator CP and a non-inverse input terminal, for inputting a potential of the midpoint a among resistors R1-R4 constituting the bridge circuit B. The potential of the midpoint a between the resistors R1, R2 connected to the inverse input terminal is set as a referential voltage, and then the resistors R3, R4 are connected to an offset compensating resistance RO that temperature resistance is smaller than same resistors R1-R4.
