PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in the case of deleting, moving or copying data prepared by a certain user by integrally managing data, which are prepared by groupware and various applications operated on a groupware system, for the unit of a user in spite of preparation source. SOLUTION: A resource managing part 12 manages data, which are prepared by the groupware and application programs operated on the groupware system, for each user. When a processing request instructing the deletion, movement or copy of data of a certain user is inputted, a resource operation processing request part 30 acquires the identification information of the resource managing part required to be operated for processing the processing request from a directory server 20 and a resource management control part 40 outputs a processing request corresponding to the contents of the processing request to the resource managing part shown by the identification information.
