PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cleaning machine causing little scattering of water and easy to achieve the cleaning work. SOLUTION: A nozzle ring 25 provided with small pore-like nozzle 24 is arranged in a circular turbine chamber 21 provided on a cleaning head 20, and a turbine 30 is coaxially arranged with the turbine chamber 21 inside the nozzle ring 25. A brush unit 40 comprises a brush base 41 connected to an output shaft 36b and hairs 42 as the brush implanted in a peripheral edge part of the brush base 41. The brush base 41 is substantially disk-shaped, a connection part 43 to the output shaft 36b is provided in a center part, and its outer periphery forms a peripheral wall part 46 erected upward. The connection part 43 is set in from the peripheral wall part 46. The hair 42 are tapered in an outwardly expanded from the brush base 41.
