<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently align and sort waste plastic with simple structure by aligning fed waste plastic in a row in the longitudinal direction thereof, and sorting and removing the waste plastic that has not been aligned, and also sorting the aligned waste plastic. SOLUTION: After waste plastic fed into a hopper 1 is first drawn out by a feeding conveyor 2 through a rotary smoother 3, it is fed to an aligning means A through a drawing conveyor 4 and is aligned in a row by a transfer conveyor and a traveling guide thereof in the longitudinal direction. Next, the waste plastic is transferred to a second aligning means B by a carrying conveyor 13, and only that in an unaligned state is removed by a removing control means 17 through a removing means 16 according to the detection results of an unaligned matter sensor 15. Successively, the waste plastic is sorted into plural kinds 23 according to the detection results of a color identifying means 19 and a material identifying means 20 by a sorting control means 21 through a sorting means 22.</p> |
