<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous erasable ink composition for a marking pen containing as a releasing agent an emulsion of an oily substance hardly volatile at an ordinary temperature, which emulsion has an enhanced storage stability enough to give excellently erasable handwriting after left for a long period of time and to give a handwriting stable and unchanged in its concentration after kept, for example, with its pen point turned whether upwards or downwards for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The title aqueous erasable ink composition for a marking pen is characterized in that it comprises (a) water as a solvent, (b) a coloring agent, (c) an emulsion of an oily substance hardly volatile at an ordinary temperature, and having a specific gravity of at least 0.9 and (d) a resin and preferably further comprises cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof. Further, the coloring agent is preferably a colored resin particle and this particle has an average particle size ranging from 0.05 to 10μm.</p> |
