摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device whose display quality is high. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 1 is provided with pixel electrodes 13 which are to be arranged in a matrix shape on an array substrate, counter electrodes 19 which are to be formed on a counter substrate, pixel TFTs(thin film transistors) 10 whose either of sources or drains are to be connected to the pixel electrodes 13, scan electrodes 12 which are to be connected in common to gate electrodes of plural pixel electrodes 10, signal electrodes 11 which are to be connected in common to electrodes of the other sides of sources or drains of the pixel electrodes 10, Cs electrodes 15 forming auxiliary capacitances assisting liquid crystal capacitances 14 among pixel electrodes 13 and counter electrodes 19 by being formed on the array substrate, reset TFTs 18 whose either of sources or drains are to be connected to the pixel electrodes 13 are reset electrodes 17 which are to be connected in common to gate electrodes of the reset TFTs 18. In this case, electrodes of the other sides of sources or drains of the reset TFTs 18 are to be connected to the Cs electrodes 15.</p>
