PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device capable of reliably connecting a conducting part of a circuit board to a conducting part of a holding part and possible to be miniaturized. SOLUTION: This connector device is equipped with a holding member 20 held by a housing 12, a first electrical contact part 22 held by the holding member 20 while having an elastically transforming part 36 elastically transformable in elastically transforming directions Z1, Z2, a second electrical contact 24 held by the holding member 20 while having an elastically transforming part 48 elastically transformable in the elastically transforming directions Z1, Z2, and a circuit board guiding member 26 parted from the holding part 20 and held by the first electrical contact 22 and the second electrical contact 24 so as to be movable in the elastically transforming direction. The circuit board guiding member 26 has an insertion part to insert the end part of the circuit board 30, and makes the conducting part 30E of the circuit board 30 electrical contact with the first electrical contact part 22 and the second electrical contact part 24 with the end part of the circuit board 30 inserted in the insertion part. |
