PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bet incinerator capable of considerably reducing the discharge of dioxin. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 14 is provided on an exhaust gas passage 3, a heating part 12 is arranged so as to surround a feeder part 10 to feed a stuff 11a to be incinerated, and the hot air passing through the heat exchanger 14 is fed to the heating part 12 to heat the stuff 11a to be incinerated passing through the feeder part 10 so that water contained in the stuff 11a before it is charged in a combustion chamber 2 is removed.
