PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive structural panel preventing a surfacing from warping by expansion caused by moisture absorption. SOLUTION: This structural panel 1 is provided with a core board 2 formed of a laminated wood, and a plurality of surface boards 4 formed of a surface material 3, arrayed in a width direction of the core board 2 and adhered on both sides of the core board 2. The surface materials 3 are provided with abutting parts 8 provided on a side of the core board 2 of a side face in a width direction for abutting a side face of the surface materials 3 on each other, and grooves 10 provided on the outside of the abutting part 8 and for preventing a warp by moisture absorption. All of the core board 2 and the surface materials 3 are formed of thinnings.
