PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen supplying equipment and an oxygen supplying method, with which the absolute oxygen quantity needed in an oxygen requiring equipment can stably be supplied, in the oxygen supplying equipment for supplying oxygen by mixing two types of oxygen having different purifies supplied from two systems. SOLUTION: The oxygen obtained by mixing high purity oxygen with low purity oxygen in a combined point 20 is distributed into three courses through the piping 10 and supplied into three sets of blast furnace equipment S1, S2, S3. In each blast furnace equipment, a flow rate adjusting meter 7 is arranged. An arithmetic control unit 12 calculates the flow rate (QT-Q4) of the high purity oxygen by subtracting the flow rate Q4 of the low purity oxygen obtd. with a flow rate adjusting meter 3 from the total flow rate QT of the flow rate adjusting meter 7. Then, the purity A3 of the oxygen after mixing is calculated from (QT-Q4), the Q4, and the purity A1 of the high purity oxygen and the purity A2 of the low purity oxygen. The arithmetic control unit 12 controls each flow rate adjusting meter 7 so as to become the necessary flow rate for each equipment in the blast furnace based on this purity A3.
