POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and safely obtaining a resin composition excellent in mechanical characteristics and heat resistance by finely dispersing inorganic particles into a polyester resin. SOLUTION: This method for producing a polyester resin composition containing a thermoplastic polyester resin and inorganic particles comprises a step for kneading the thermoplastic polyester resin with a mixture comprising inorganic particles and water. In the step, the concentration of inorganic particles in the mixture is higher than a concentration obtained when the mixture exhibits liquid limit.
