摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance surface hardness, wear and scuffing resistances and to ensure such electrophotographic characteristics in repetitive use as to repeatedly give a good image even at high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: An electric charge generating layer, an electric charge transferring layer and a resin layer are successively laminated on an electrically conductive substrate to obtain the objective electrophotographic photoreceptor. The resin layer contains a siloxane resin having a structural unit with electric charge transferring performance and also having a crosslinked structure. The thickness of the electric charge transferring layer is >=12μm, the thickness of the resin layer is <=2.5μm and the ratio of the thickness of the resin layer to the thickness of the electric charge transferring layer is 0.01 to <0.25.
