PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corneal shape measuring device capable of increasing the number of transmission ring patterns without increasing the size of the whole device, extensively projecting the ring patterns of a cornea to be examined, and obtaining the sufficient illumination quantity with a minimum light source by substantially setting the distance between the outermost transmission ring pattern and the cornea to be the same as the distance between the innermost transmission ring pattern and the cornea. SOLUTION: In this corneal shape measuring device in which the concentric ring-like pattern light flux emitted from a plurality of ring-like light sources A1-A7 and transmitted through a plurality of transmission ring patterns C1-C8 is projected as a ring image toward the cornea of an eye to be examined, a ring-like refracting prism 200 or a ring-like reflecting plate to reflect and project a part of the light flux emitted from the outermost ring-like light source A7 toward an outer transmission ring pattern C9 to form a ring pattern and the eye to be examined is provided along an outer circumferential edge portion of a pattern plate 101.
