PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly obtain a blood serum by bringing a blood plasma into contact with a polymer fiber aggregate or a polymer porous material. SOLUTION: The objective blood serum is obtained by bringing (A) a polymer fiber aggregate, e.g. polyester, polypropylene or polyamide or (B) a polymer porous material, e.g. polyester, polyurethane, polypropylene, polyamide or polyvinyl formal into contact with a blood plasma by charging the component A or B in a module and passing the blood plasma through the inside. Preferably, the component A or B made to be hydrophilic is used to make protein concentrations of the blood plasma and the blood serum be the same. The component A or B made to be hydrophilic is obtained by immobilizing or attaching e.g. gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol or polyvinyl pyrrolidone on the component A or B with e.g. a covalent bond of afunctional group and crosslinking the hydrophilic polymer with heating, ultraviolet rays, radioactive rays, a crosslinking agent, etc. |
