<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of the counter work for updating and issuing the cash cards, the employee, member, student and foreigner registers card with faces photos, various driving license cards, etc. SOLUTION: This system updates and issues automatically an ID card where the personal information D2 including the address, the legal domicile, the name, etc., of the card user are described together with his/her face photo. This system is provided with at least an ID information data base 15 to record the information D2 on the card user which are acquired when an ID card 30 is issued, an updating register means 16 which rewrites the recorded contents of the data base 15 and a card production means 14 which produces the card 30 from the information D2 recorded on the data base 15 as long as the information D2 described on the card 30 is not changed and also produces the card 30 from the information D2 acquired after the recorded contents of the data base 15 are updated by the means 16 if the information D2 is changed.</p> |
