PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high mechanical strength while ensuring solvent cracking resistance, to retain electrophotographic characteristics over a long period of time and to facilitate production by incorporating a polymer having a specified constituent unit and a specified compound into the surface layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a polymer having a constituent unit of formula I and a compound of formula II. In the formula I, X1 is optionally substituted 5-11C 1,1- cycloalkylene, 2-10Cα,ω-alkylene or the like and R1-R8 are each H, halogen or the like. In the formula II, R11 is an enamine skeleton of formula III or the like, R12-R14 are each halogen, alkyl which may have a substituent or the like, R15 is alkyl which may have a substituent, aryl or the like and (k), (m) and (n) are each an integer of 0-5. In the formula III, Ar1-Ar4 are each H, optionally substituted alkyl or the like.
