PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting stand which can be stored in a small space, be easily handled, and simply discarded by storing a stand main body which can be folded and expanded and is made of paper in a paper-made packing box which can be folded and expanded and has the outer exposed surface waterproofed. SOLUTION: A stand main body 1 is formed to be folded and expanded by a paper- made main structure 11 and a cardboard-made outer plate 12. The main structure 11 is formed by arranging many polygonal cylinder parts 13, the respective axial directions of which are pointed in the same direction, vertically and horizontally, and can be freely contracted and expanded by opening an closing caused by the external force orthogonal to the axial direction. When extended, it is expanded substantially like a rectangular parallelopiped. The outer plate 12 is expanded like a U-shape to cover the both sides and the top surface of the main structure 11 when the main structure 11 is extended, and when it is compressed, both ends bonded to both sides are made close to each other, and bent substantially like a dogleg at the central part to be folded. The packaging box 2 can be folded and expanded, and it is expanded in the substantially same shape as the outer shaper of the expanded mount main body 1 to store the stand main body 1 in the interior. At laser the outer exposed surface is waterproofed.
