PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace waste oil with new oil without lifting a submerged pump installed very deep to a land surface level. SOLUTION: In a submerged pump installed in the ground to pump up water stored in the ground, a plurality of auxiliary devices 21a and 21b are arranged between a submerged pump 1 and an oil exchanger 18 on the ground, and the upper section of the auxiliary 21a at the lowest stage and the oil reserving chamber 13 of the submerged pump 1 communicate with each other through a waste oil pipe 22, and the lower section of each lower auxiliary device 21a and the upper section of the upper auxiliary device 21b communicate with each other through a connection pipe 23, and the lower section of the top auxiliary device 21b and the oil exchanger 18 are connected to each other through an oil intake pipe 24 which can be opened and closed freely, and air intake pipes 25a and 25b which can freely switch the communication of the oil exchanger with atmosphere are installed at each top end of auxiliary devices 21a and 21b. In addition, an air intake pipe 27 which can open and close freely in the atmosphere is provided in the oil reserving chamber 13 to suck lubricant by vacuum pressure while pressurizing the surface of lubricant by switching the atmospheric pressure and vacuum pressure of the oil reserving chamber 13 of the submerged pump 1 and a plurality of auxiliary devices in order to send upward deteriorated lubricant from the submerged pump installed in the ground deeply to be collected to the oil exchanger 18.
