PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and improve workability. SOLUTION: A locking member is fixed along at least one vertical side of the opening of a building with a fixture. A vertical mounting frame 14 is resiliently locked to the locking member 13, a connecting member 23 is mounted at the end of an upper mounting frame 15 arranged along the upper side of the opening 2 and a connection 23c of the connecting member 23 is resiliently locked to a bearer 26 formed at the upper end of the vertical mounting frame 14.
