PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener locking device for locking/unlocking two fastened bodies easily and safely without requiring much labor. SOLUTION: This fastener locking device includes a handle body 10 fixed to a mounting base 2 mounted to a fastened body (frame 1) at a fixed side and a bracket metal 4 mounted to a fastened body (door 3) at a movable side. The handle body 10 has an engagement shaft 13 the end of which is engaged/ disengaged with/from the bracket metal 4 and an operating handle 11 at the middle of which the base end of the engagement shaft 13 is pivotally mounted and the end of which is pivotally mounted to a supporting bracket 6 erected on the mounting base. The supporting bracket 6 is provided with a stopper 6a for restricting the rotational movement of the operating handle 11 so that the engagement shaft 13 may be out of engagement from the bracket metal 4 with the rotational movement of the operating handle 11 to a predetermined position.
