PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connecting structure capable of connecting plate materials such as duckboards without generating deflection of the plate material at a connection part and without generating bending thereof. SOLUTION: A connecting tool 30 having a T-like flat shape with a plan view and made of the synthetic resin is arranged between duckboards 10, 20 made of the synthetic resin. Both side parts 34, 34 of a main body 31 of the connecting tool 30 are inserted into fitting recessed parts 11, 21 for fitting. A neck part 35b of an engaging projection part 35 is inserted from a lower end opening of engagement holes 13, 23, and the engaging projection part 35 is engaged with the engagement holes 13, 23 so that joining parts 32, 33 are fitted in fitting recessed parts 12, 22.
