PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flush the dirt of a toilet stool and sterilize various germs to prevent the dirt of the toilet stool by providing a warm water generating means and a means for transferring warm water to a toilet flushing device, and using warm water as flushing water. SOLUTION: A toilet flushing device 10 connects hot water supply piping 21 from a water heater 40 with a reheating function to a toilet tank 32, and the hot water supply piping 21 is divided into supply piping for the water sealing face of a toilet and supply piping for the inside of a toilet tank 32. When a ball tap is lowered as the water level in the toilet tank 32 lowers, city water from water feed piping 20 is heated by a heat exchanger 49, and, after it is adjusted to a prescribed temperature by a mixing servo 41, it is transferred to the toilet tank 32 from the hot water supply piping 21. The dirt caused by the germs of the wall face of the toilet and inorganic dirt are prevented to be dissolved by utilizing warm water as flushing water, and the toilet can be held in a clean state.
