PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate the road surface white line with the change of a position of the white line on the road surface or the like or eliminate the existing white line. SOLUTION: A rotary edge holding metal fitting 20 equipped with two hard edges 20' opposed to each other is rotated at a high speed, a thick part Y (shown in Fig.) is only roughly cut in the thickness of application, and then, a white line within gravel is eliminated by a needle-like bar up and down vibrator (needle scaler) 19 making high-rate vibration driving. An electromagnetic vibrator 16 gives up and down vibrations to a needle-like disc brush 17 finishing it in details to surely eliminate the road surface white line Y.
