PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sealing performance of a pump from spoiling when taking high viscosity fluid out of a drum can. SOLUTION: In order to seal the upper face of a drum can 2, a lower plate body 10 and an upper plate body 11 to be raised are provided in a follow plate body 8 to be installed to the lower end of a pump which is ascend and descent in relation to the drum can 2 when forcibly feeding high viscosity fluid. The lower plate 10 is provided with a pressurizing disc section 12 to pressurize high viscosity fluid 2b by contacting, and the upper plate body 11 is provided with a seal contacting piece 23 whose end face 23 is enlarged and brought into contact with the wall face of the drum can 2 by being pressurized for sealing. In order to forcibly feed high viscosity fluid, the upper plate body 11 is moved downward so that the outer diameter of the seal contacting piece 23 is enlarged and to shunt the follow plate body 8 from the inside of the drum can 2, the upper plate body 11 is moved upward so that the outer diameter of the seal contacting piece 23 is reduced.
