PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell that can maintain the heat retaining property of each chamber, can prevent the leakage of gas, and can be used over a long time. SOLUTION: In this fuel cell composed by partitioning the inside of a reaction container 51 into a plurality of chambers A, B, C, D by partitioning plates 55, 61, 63, and by receiving fuel cells 52 in the reaction container 51, the partitioning plates 55, 61, 63 each are formed by covering the surface of a porous member with dense ceramics. In this case, the porous member contains at least one kind out of Al2O3, MgO and ZrO2 as a main constituent, and the dense ceramics contains at least one kind out of Al2O3, MgO, ZrO2 and a rare earth element oxide as a main constituent. |
