PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily remove chaff of buckwheat sprouts, surely germinate the buckwheat sprouts and easily enable mass production thereof. SOLUTION: The characteristic of this apparatus for cultivating buckwheat sprouts comprises arranging a cultivation plate 10 for storing cultivation water, a seed supporting net 22a arranged on the side of an opened surface so as to support buckwheat seeds separately from the water surface of the cultivation water and formed at a mesh interval for elongating roots toward the cultivation plate 10 and a chaff removing net 22b arranged above the seed supporting net 22a separately from the seed supporting net 22a and formed at a mesh interval for passing cotyledons and stems of the buckwheat sprouts therethrough without passing the buckwheat chaff therethrough. |
