<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output the command signal of motor driving to a motor from a speed controller for prescribed time after abnormality occurs if abnormality occurs in a sensor even if the hardware and the software of the speed controller is not altered. SOLUTION: A dummy signal generation circuit 9 outputting a dummy signal, the inverse of VD for prescribed time when a central arithmetic processor 8 judges that abnormality occurs in a sensor 6, and a switch 10 which is changed over so that a feedback signal, the inverse of VF from the sensor 6 is given to an adder 1 on the upstream side of a position controller 2 and an adder 3 between the position controller 2 and a speed controller 4 when abnormality does not occur in the sensor 6 and is changed over so that the dummy signal, the inverse of VD from the dummy signal generation circuit 9 is given to the adders 1 and 3 when abnormality occurs in the sensor 6 are installed.</p> |
