PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely generate a primary function voltage of a power source voltage by a simple circuit structure by grounding a corrector of a third transistor and connecting an emitter to a power source line by way of a serial circuit consisting of a first and second resistors. SOLUTION: In a primary function voltage generation circuit 3, a corrector of a transistor Q1 is connected to a power source line 6, the emitter is connected to a corrector of an NPN transistor Q2 and is connected to a base of a PNP transistor Q3. A base of the transistor Q2 is connected to a corrector of a transistor Q15 and an emitter is grounded. A corrector of the transistor Q3 is grounded and an emitter is connected to a power source line by way of the serial circuit consisting of resistors R1 and R2. A connection point of the resistors R1 and R2 is connected to a base of an NPN transistor Q42a of a buffer circuit 4 by way of a resistor R42a. Thus, it is possible to obtain a primary function voltage V0 of a power source voltage VB outputted from a power source part 20 by a simple electronic circuit without using an operation amplifier.
