PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable resin composition having no change in physical properties after curing, capable of controlling the initial viscosity and curing time according to the temperature condition in use, having an extremely high bond strength to a wet face, useful for an adhesive, etc., by making the composition include an alcohol. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) an epoxy resin (e.g. liquid biphenol A type epoxy resin, etc.), (B) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound (e.g. ditrimethylolpropane tetraacrylate, etc.), (C) an alcohol (e.g. methanol etc.), (D) an active hydrogen-containing polyfunctional amine compound (e.g. isophoronediamine, etc.), preferably (E) an epoxy group-containing silane compound and (F) an amino group-containing silane compound. When the number of (meth)acryloyl groups contained in the composition is Xa, the number of epoxy groups is Xe and the number of active hydrogen atoms of amino group is Y, preferably the members satisfies the formula Xa<=Y<=(Xa+Xe).
