PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container elevating reversing and charging device for performing smooth lifting, overhanging, reversing and charging operation with less required power without causing splashing droplets following the abrupt operation of charging contents into a hopper at a time. SOLUTION: This device includes an elevation guide rail 1, an elevation frame body 2 elevatable therealong, a bell crank 4 rotatably supported coaxially with a solar wheel 3 fixed thereto, a reverse control rail 6 for guiding a guide roller 5 axially supported thereto, a holder 9 integrally fixed to a planetary gear 7 pivotally supported to the other end of the bell crank 4 for reversing and holding a container and a rotationally movable chain 10 tensely bridged between the solar wheel 3 and the planetary gear 7. The bell crank 4 is subjected to rotational movement in one direction while elevating up together with the elevation frame body 2 and at the same time the planetary gear 7 is subjected to rotational movement together with the holder 9 to grant overhanging, reversing and charging operation to the container.
