PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella bag feeder used for simply putting an umbrella in an umbrella bag inside a taxi or the like and continuously feeding the umbrella bags. SOLUTION: A case 3 is supported in the horizontally long posture on a setting section on the back of a front seat. The case 3 is formed of a frame of L-shaped section, and a take-out opening 12 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the upper face of the frame. A group of umbrella bags K is stored in the case 3, and a holding hole 14 formed on a setting piece 15 of the umbrella bag is supported by a shaft 4. Also the laminated setting pieces 15 are vertically pinched by a pushing-out plate 5 and a supporting frame 7, and a bag mouth 13 can be opened widely just by drawing up a knob 16. The umbrella is inserted into the umbrella bag K in the above state from the side of the ferrule of the umbrella and stored therein.
