PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a speed change gear by reducing parts numbers and man hours for assembly as well as lowering interference noise generated between an operational lever and a guide groove. SOLUTION: This speed change gear is provided with a speed change gear main body 12 having an operational lever 4a for an operator to change the speed and a guide groove 6a formed on the speed change gear main body 12 guiding the operational lever 4a to slide longitudinally and laterally with respect to a vehicle. In this case, the guide groove 6a is provided with a rib 7 formed integrally with the speed change gear main body 12 for absorbing shock when abutting on the operational lever 4a.
