PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate processing of a rotary blade by forming a cylinder by bending a rectangular metal plate, forming a constricted part along an outer periphery of a side surface of the cylinder, forming a ring member by dividing the cylinder into two and forming a saw blade on an outer periphery of a disc formed by compressing the ring member. SOLUTION: A cylinder 11 is formed by forming a ring by bending a rectangular metal plate 10 in the longitudinal direction and welding and connecting its end sides to each other as a connecting part. Thereafter, a recessed part 10a is formed along a side surface outer periphery of the cylinder 11. Consequently, symmetrical two ring members 12, 12 are formed. Thereafter, a donut type disc 13 is formed by pressing ring member 12 in the vertical direction (height direction 11h) and compressing thickness of the ring member 12 in the height direction. Thereafter, a saw blade type blade part is formed on an outer periphery of the disc 13 by using a cutter, a grinder, etc.
